Due to the nature of our product we do not offer returns. However, we want to offer our customers the best experience possible at No Wick to Give.  If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
In most situations, we will offer store credit or replacement of defective items.  Please do not send product back without first contacting us and acquiring a return order number.
