Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days; however, there are times during peak sales around holidays, or other scenarios where we need more time to make the candles. We keep you informed of the time frame if delays are expected. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after that.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more!

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify it.

Products

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made with USA premium soy wax, phthalate-free and CMRs-free (carcinogens, mutagens, or reproductive toxins) fragrance oils and non-toxic candle dyes.  They are poured into a tin container specifically made for candles.  They are completely wickless, making them a safer and cleaner alternative to traditional candles.

How do I use a wickless candle?

Simply place your wickless candle on a wax warmer. The warmer gently melts the wax to release the fragrance — no flame needed.  You can use the candle warmer lamps or candle warmer plates.  Low-heat coffee cup warming plates can be used as well.

How long do the scents last?

Scent longevity varies by fragrance and warmer, but most of our candles provide 180+ hours of fragrance enjoyment. This is the equivalent of 4 regular 8oz soy candles!

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
